Upgrade versions of iiS’s flagship products
become available periodically.
The latest version 2 for both Fast Track Room Booking
(FTRB), and Fast Track Help Desk & PPM
(FTHD&PPM) is currently available in. The version numbers are 2.47 for FTRB-EXE,
2.47 for FTRB-IIS,
and 2.9 for FTHD&PPM.
Version 3 is available for FTHD&PPM - this version has a number of major new
baseline-enhancement mechanisms and modules.
There may be no charge for the Version 2 software upgrades for
customers with applicable support contracts, though installation assistance may
be required (installation assistance is chargeable). Version 3 is a Major Version upgrade. Please consult with your account
manager.
A note on iiS Room Booking software nomenclature:
Some of our customers using the Microsoft IIS version of Fast Track Room Booking,
refer to their software as “Facnet” or “Facilities Net”.
A number of enhancements which are beneficial to ALL users are contained in
v2.xx maintenance updates. Additionally a number of small bugs or
inconsistencies have been addressed, as well as a few larger issues. |
