During 2009, upgrade versions of iiS’s flagship products will be available.
A final version 2 for both Fast Track Room Booking
(FTRB), and Fast Track Help Desk & PPM
(FTHD&PPM) will be available in May. The version numbers are 2.4 for FTRB,
and 2.7 for FTHD&PPM.
A version 3 for both products, with a number of major new baseline-enhancement
mechanisms and modules, will be available soon.
There may be no charge for the software upgrade to FTRB2.4 and FTHD&PPM2.7 for
customers with applicable support contracts, though installation assistance may
be required (installation assistance is chargeable). Version 3 for both
products is a Major Version upgrade. Please consult with your account
manager.
A note on iiS Room Booking software nomenclature:
Some of our customers using the ASP File version of Fast Track Room Booking,
refer to their software as “Facnet” or “Facilities Net”.
A number of enhancements which are beneficial to ALL users are contained in
v2.xx maintenance updates. Additionally a number of small bugs or
inconsistencies have been addressed, as well as a few larger issues. |
