iiS Fast Track Upgrades
|
FTRB v3 Upgrade |
| The list of mechanisms for v3
is not finalised, and is likely to be expanded. |
| |
FTRB v3 Mechanisms
Standard and/or SMS Text Emails
At any point that the software sends an email, a "STANDARD", "SMS", or
"BOTH" flag will be available for each requestor, contractor, etc. If an SMS
Text email is sent, the content can be determined by administrators (this is
a key as SMS texts can only be 160 characters). New bookings, reminders,
cancellations, etc., can all be texted to staff and service providers.
Block Booking of Reconfigurable Rooms
Reconfigurable Rooms can be block booked. If two or three (or however many)
rooms can be linked together to make a single space, the single space be
block-booked, with the software managing the fact that the single space
consists of several actual rooms.
Visitors Management Module
Mechanisms to provide for Front-Desk and Visitor Management operations
are to provided in the Visitors Management module for v3. Included in the
module's mechanisms are logging of visitors distinct from room bookings,
checking in for visitors, checking out for visitors, instant Disaster
Recovery reports from visitor data, pre-printing of badges for large groups,
etc.
Room Utilisation Graphic Indicators
iiS’s Room Utilisation analysis reports have been well received by
customers, and in a number of instances been cited as a component of large
cost-reduction drives. The addition of graphic indicators to the reports
makes the utilisation analysis even more powerful.
No-Login Self-Service
For situations where users are already inside a highly secure network, the
“no-login self-service” model has been developed. This model enhances the
View Bookings view, whereby users can determine availability without logging
in (but cannot make bookings until they do log in). With No-Login
Self-Service, users can make bookings ("provisional bookings", sometimes
called "request bookings") which are then approved or rejected by
administrators.
Utilisation Analysis Enhancements
Further enhancement of the successful Room Utilisation Reports, which
can lead to significant savings when used in tandem with a hot-desking
strategy. Forecasts of desk requirements are included.
Catering Delivery/Collection Workflow and Reports
A series of interactive report views to assist in the catering delivery and
collection processes.
Food/Non-Food Catering Reports
Provides for analysis of catering items when some are routinely provided,
(such as tea, coffee and water) and some have a hard cost, such as from a
catering service. |
