Catering Start Time Move
The catering start time moves when a booking date and/or time is edited.
View Booking Confidential Data Visibility
If the data which normally appears in View Booking view is
confidential, it can be controlled. The information which normally appears as
the meeting title, and in the fly outs, is restricted and does not appear.
New No-Show Reports
Various reports have been added to enhance the NO SHOW detail, summary and
analysis. No-shows are bookers who do not cancel unwanted bookings, and
simply do not show up.
Block Booking Compendium Email
Traditionally, FTRB has sent an email conformation for each sub-booking,
when a block booking is made. If the Compendium Email is used, a single
email with general detail and a list of sub-bookings at the end, is sent.
Video Conference Technical Detail Capture
A new mechanism is fired when a room designated as a "VC Room" is used. Data
for call origin/location, remote room, ISDN number, IP address and e164
address can be captured. A new "VC Services" role and email can be declared
for each building, and VC booking details are automatically be emailed to
the applicable service provider.
Automatic External Catering Items
A catering item such as "Hot/Cold Beverage Package" is declared, and this
catering item is automatically included with external bookings.
Mandatory Internal/External Flag
The flag for indicating if a booking is internal or external can be made
mandatory. The initial value is "not set", so users are required to choose.
This provides for accurate analysis of internal/external utilisation,
catering costs, P11D implications, etc.
Week A / Week B Pattern Block Booking Support
Week A / Week B date data can be deployed, and a new block booking pattern
option means only the applicable days are included.
Significant Inconsistency Addressed
Long Catering List Error
A limitation in Internet Explorer, which is not found in Firefox and
other browsers, meant that when very long catering lists were being recorded
against bookings, the data was truncated, resulting in an error.
Report/Email enhancements and modifications
Complex A/V Activity Report
A/V Activity report enhancement, for A/V technicians and service providers.
Includes bordering changes, extra A/V columns and indication of room
configuration changes.
Charging Values Email Tags
New tags have been added to the email format files, enabling charging values
to be picked up.
Report Building Filters
Building filters have been added to miscellaneous reports.
Textual revisions of email forms
Minor textual revisions of email forms.
Meeting Title in miscellaneous reports
Minor revisions of reports to include meeting title.
Report columns
Minor revisions of reports to include various fields/columns.
General Inconsistencies Addressed
Sales Tax (VAT, GST, IVA, etc.) calculations
* Incorrect Sales Tax in the main body of the invoice, when an invoice has
both no-charge items AND items with-charges.
* Incorrect Sales Tax in the footer summary of the invoice.
Money formatting
Use of 'Money' formatting was not consistent in invoice forms; this has been
addressed.
Inaccuracy in Reconfig Room Charging
It was discovered that there was an inaccuracy in the charging mechanism for
reconfigurable rooms – this has been addressed.
Cancellation Emails Fault
The services emails which are automatically sent when bookings are cancelled
were found to have a fault; this has been addressed.
Reconfig Pop-up Fault
The appearance of the reconfigurable room pop-up was inconsistent – this has
been addressed.
Room Drop-Down Appearance in Resource Booking
The appearance of the room drop-down in resource booking was inconsistent or
incorrect; this has been addressed.
Block Booking Workgroup Restrictions
Workgroup restrictions were not properly being applied in the block-booking
mechanisms; this has been addressed.
Email re-Send
In some situations, the Resend Email mechanisms sent blank emails; this has
been addressed.
Add New User Refinement
The inconsistent display of the add new user view has been addressed.
Visitor Booking Screens
A number of general errors and inconsistencies have been addressed in the
visitor booking screens.
Past Booking Mis-Definition
The mis-definition of bookings in the past has been addressed.
Catering Cost Summary Report
The error of addition in the catering cost summary report has been
